How to fix the application error in attached picture?

LogTransport2.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).

Click OK to close the application.

your link does not help, i can not access the suggested page "security and privacy", the problem exists, any other suggestion? may i delet the App then reinstall?
