Application freezes on printing PDF

Question

Each and every time I print a PDF regardless of the program [dc or xi] Windows 10 freezes up

I have deselected proetct mode and wait until the printer has finished printing but

windows still locks up and freezes after every print request sent by adode reader to the printer but not from any other program printing documents

Hi magbusser,Please try "Repair Installation" under Help menu in application.Make sure that you are using the latest patch released of the Adobe application.Try the troubleshooting steps provided in this help link : Troubleshoot Windows system errors, freezes | Adobe software Check if it helps.Regards,Meenakshi
