Application Hangs
Hi All,
I have a staff member that uses Adobe Acrobat Pro and Google Drive, primarily. I’m trying to narrow down the issue she has. I don’t know if it is something specific with Adobe or not.
Sometimes she will move a file, sometimes she will merge files, sometimes she will rename a file. During this, the application hangs, or she gets a message that she doesn’t have the feature in her license, and sometimes she gets a popup that says, there isn’t enough memory to process the operation.
I checked all hardware and did diagnostics. everything comes back fine. She’s on Windows 11 Home. As Acrobat Pro is her main application, I posted here as well as other places. Kind of at a loss here.
Thoughts?
