Question

Apply Photoshop Curve to PDF doc?

Hi everyone, I've been tasked with finding a way to apply a Photoshop curve to a PDF document. The curve was provided by our printer and it is meant to correct foer ink density while printing CMYK for a back-lit substrait. I can use this curve in Photoshop to create new PSDs with this correction and then rebuild the layouts using the new PSDs and the task would be done. But it would be considerably less work to have an automation that can apply this color adjustment to the original color PDF instead.

Or would it be possible to output this curve as a print profile and have Acrobat apply the adjustment as a print profile instead?

Any thoughts?

Hi Jake,

How many pages are you talking about?

Hi Gary, thanks for considering my problem! It should be one at a time, but if there was an instance where a PDF were multi-page, each page would need the same adjustment.
