Approval workflow for reviewing/approving of documents

Hi there,

I am new to this Adobe PDF software.

I am looking at a solution for our business management system, we send documents around to various places for approval and signing. I am looking for the best solution and this looks good but I am having trouble working out how to set up workflows and making it all happen. Has anyone set this up and made it file the approved documents automatically?

I have the same question.  We are a small marketing agency and frequently sending out design documents for approval.  Would like to know if anyone can recommend something affordable for a small group of users (1 designer, 1 project manager, and myself).  Would be great if this product also could be used to send content approval for social media posts.

ANY HELP appreciated!
