I'm not sure I understood what exactly you're trying to do. If you were trying to run OCR (Text Recognition) on an image, then Acrobat will give you zero percent of success. This OCR feature doesn't support Arabic at all. Adobe Acrobat team working on it apparently but we don't know when Adobe will release a fix.

If you are exporting a PDF with Arabic content to Microsoft Word, then Acrobat might some time succeed in this task, but in most cases, it will not pass the twenty percent success mark. You may vote on this issue here to make the Acrobat team consider fixing this feature.

Alternatively, if you're on the Windows platform, you may launch Microsoft Word, choose "Open" to open your PDF with Arabic content as this way MS. Word will give you a higher success rate but note, the Arabic text in the PDF must be a live text, not an image.

We are at the edge of 2023 and Adobe Acrobat Pro doesn't support ARABIC OCR?

There was talk here between 2017-2020 that Adobe Acrobat Pro would support Arabic, but years later there is still no news.

Are you mocking the users, or do you hate Arabic and the Arab world, or are you simply incompetent? So many other programs provide Arabic OCR support, and so many people have been talking about your lack of it for years, and yet you still incompetently do nothing. Shame on you.
