Arabic numbers issue

Question

When I add a comment in Arabic, the numbers automatically appears as English nimber e.g. 12345Also when I chose Hindi from preferences nothing changes, any suggestions?

You may also want to check the language preference. To do so, launch Acrobat and use (Cmd + K, Mac), or (Ctrl + K, Wins). The Preference window will appear.
