ArabicTransparent-Bold not found. Font cannot be embedded

Gentlemen

Good Morning.

I am having trouble regarding fonts.

My computer has been replaced with a new machine.

I am facing a problem when converting Word documents in Arabic language to PDF with high quality, as the conversion is not done and an error appears indicating that there is no font.

My program is : Adobe Acrobat Pro

I have the fonts, they have been installed, and yet the Adobe program doesn't recognize them.

Has anyone had a similar situation and how did it get resolved?

As explained in your other post, the font you mentioned Arabic Transparent is a Windows OS font that is restricted by Microsoft.

You have one of these two options, either you choose a non-restricted font, or uncheck the Embed Font, however, any one who opens your PDF will need to have this particular font installed in their machine to read your PDF correctly, if they don't have the font, the PDF will show white boxes instead fo normal text.

Many thanks, Eng. Zaid Al Hilali,
I removed the check box, but still, the issue.
The issue I have a lot of files created 10 years ago by using this font, and I can't update all those files. already I copy the font from the old laptop to the new laptop and installed it in the Windows fonts folder but still adobe Acrobat didn't see the font.
