archiving most used texts
Hello everybody
Hope you are fine
One task that I challenge almost everyday in my occupation is filling forms up. Contract forms, registration forms, etc. All of them have some blank fields that need to be filled by the same texts. It means I should fill a blank field by the same name or number several times a day.
I want to know, do you know any way for saving or archiving most used texts in a library or something like that to call them whenever I want ?
