Are there any way to lock print option in Acrobat print setting?

We used Acrobat to print hundreds of grayscale files to several digital printers and the color management is always set as "same as source" in the advanced option. (like pics below)

So we asked our colleague NEVER NEVER click the advanced button or check the "print in grayscale" box since it will change the setting.

But there were always somebody accidently click on one of them and used wrong setting to print a lot...

Are there any way to lock the print option to prevent from it happen again? Or any method or software?
