Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF form or all the PDF forms? Please try using a different form and check.

 

Also, check the document restriction settings and see if the document has any kind of restriction applied. Press (Ctrl,Cmd+ D) > Under the Security tab, check the document restriction summary.

 

Additionally, what is the version of Acrobat Pro and the OS you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure the app is updated to the latest version, 25.01.2043X. Then, go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

- Other documents do not show the same error. 

- The command pointed is likely to work on MAC – on Windows it did not work, anyway, wen to “Menu > Protection > security protection” and there is nothing marked.

- version 2005.01.20435 // 64 Bit - OS: Windows 11 enterprise
