Question

asked to sign in someone's spot

I have double checked to make sure I assigned e-signatures to specify signers BEFORE submitting the agreement. Was told from one of the signers recieved to sign as usual but this time asked to sign in someone's spot too. That was not supposed to happen. How do I fix that without cancelling the agreement?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi Krishna24334446ghk0,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you mean the recipient signed in the signature field assigned to another recipient. It is not possible to sign in the field assigned to someone else. Please get the screenshot from the recipient to ensure.

If one of the recipients has signed the document, you cannot make changes. You will need to cancel the agreement and send a new one. Please use the steps as suggested here: https://adobe.ly/42Uvywz.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
