ASKING FOR PASSWORD

I am trying to edit text and it's asking for permission password ? what is that ?

A PDF file may be created with a (or subsequently edited to have a restriction) against editing. A password is specified for such a PDF file when the restriction is created or added to the file. In order to edit the PDF file, you would need to enter the password specified for the file when the restriction was put on the file. If you don't have or can't get that password, the PDF file is not editable.
