Assistance with Adobe Subscription Account

 I am writing to request assistance with my Adobe subscription. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the account associated with my paid plan, but I do have the credit card information used for the payment. 
 
Its there any method can guide me on how to retrieve the account details linked to my payment information? Additionally, I would like to know if it is possible to cancel the upcoming payment for this month. Thank you for your help.
