Assistance With Product Needed

Adobe keeps asking me to purchase their plan, despite the fact that I have a plan.  I open a file and attempt to edit the document. The prompt says that I need to open on my desktop to make changes. When I open on my desktop, I am then told to purchase a plan to continue.

Try signing out of your Adobe account, and sign back in. Obviously, do you want to make sure you're using the account that you have the subscription on.
