Attach custom toolbar to every PDF document opened

Question

Title says it all.  I created a custom toolbar.  I would like to have it attached to every document when opened.  Is this possible?  If so, how?

Hi @Steve27825239w3cc,Sorry for the delayed response. There are a few things that we can do with a file called Initial view settings: https://adobe.ly/3EhioB7. However, it is not possible to attach a toolbar with a file. I hope that answers the question. Let us know if you have further questions.~Tariq
