Attach image to a form field Adobe Acrobat DC Pro

How do I create a field in a PDF form, for the user to insert an image and this is attached to the form, when the user sends it.
I already created the field to attach, but it does not attach.

Note: I created a button with a link to send the form to my email and I want the attached image to come along with the form when the user sends it through this button.

"it can be the photo attached to the form just for viewing, without having to extract from the form.
Is there a way to do this?"

Yes, use an image field.

Are you intending on extracting that image when the file gets back to you, or do you just want it to be a part of the PDF itself? If the former, there is indeed no easy way of doing it. The best option is to flatten the page the image field is located on, then extract all images from it. It's not ideal, but it works.

If it is not possible to extract the image through the merge, it can be the photo attached to the form just for viewing, without having to extract from the form.
Is there a way to do this?

There is no easy way to do this.
The images imported into the image fields are not part of the data (FDF or XFDF) of the form, so there is no easy way to retrieve them.

I managed to solve it, I went digging around here and ended up discovering that when you put the name tag/label, it doesn't let the image appear. I just disabled it and everything worked

You can use a image field for this.

It already has the image field, but the inserted image does not appear in the form.
