Attach to email option is not working

Hey all....

Attach to email option is not working
In Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, when you try to use the Attach to Email feature is says no email is associated....but it is.... im using new outlook for windows and windows10....any help would be greatly appreciated. This seems to be an issue with no fix...

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

 

Please try to remove the email account configured under Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Email Account and then try to re-add the email account as described in the help page: https://adobe.ly/4apymnU and see if that works.

 

Also make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 24.01.20604 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.
