Attachment disappear after document sent for e-signature

Question

Why did attachment disappear after a document is sent for e-sign?

What is the signer going to refer to if there is no attachment to see?

What is the purpose of having an attachment function when at the end of the day, the attachment is going to disappear?

Sent for e-sign using both app and web app. Same thing - attachment disappeared after doucment is sent out for e-signature.

Do you still experience the issue? We tried the workflow on our end, and it worked fine. We would like to understand more about the event. Is it possible to share a screen recording video of the steps you are following? Also, a screenshot of what the recipient sees is needed.
