I've tried everything: logging out, checking out enhanced security, and repairing Adobe. Nothing works, and I really need to use the tool ASAP for work. Very frustrating.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently or was it occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the Acorbat Pro DC you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and try updating it to the latest version 25.01.20937 go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
