Attempting to sign military documents / CAC E Signature all documents locked

Hi there, I have been attempting for a few months now to E-sign documents, But for some reason it keeps refusing... Error 105... The support cant figure it out, I was wondering have any of you figured out a way around this? Other people are able too... They just dont know what the difference is between my PC and their PC's. Keeps saying that the document can not be signed or saved... But when someone else does it, it works for them... Is there somthing I need to enable to be able to edit these files?

Are you using Acrobat or reader or in a browser?

is the document local to your machine or stored on remote server or online?

Which version of Windows are you using?
