Authentication Failed in Request for E Signatures
I cannot send a document for e signatures. When I enter the email address is shows authentication failed. I originally had the same email address under a work Adobe account and that was closed out on 10/24/25 and then I opened a personal/individual account with the same email address on 10/27/25. I did not have this issue when it was under the work account. I think there is an issue on the back end. I checked and I am logged in correctly.
