"Authentication Failed". when requesting a signature

I tried to access this feature online rather than my desktop and I am getting the error "Request e-signature services aren't available for the profile you selected when signing in.  I have been using this feature for a long time, and it suddendly is not available.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Acrobat forum so that proper help can be offered.
