Auto Fill of name when sending a docusign template for signature

Please Help,Everytime that I try to send a docusign document to a certain email, adobe changes the name of the recipient to a different person.  I am unable to change it and it sends the document to the correct email, wrong name.  How can I change this?

You mention sending DocuSign documents, and at the same time, you are referring to Adobe.

Would you mind briefing us more on your question/workflow you are following for a better understanding and assistance?

A screen recording of the entire workflow would be great to troubleshoot further.
