I have a bunch of HR docs that I need to send for e-signatures. How can I auto populate the date and signature fields so I don't ahve to grab and drag over to each space when requesting an e-signature?

Thank you

Create a "Sign" form in Acrobat Pro.

Open one of your PDF's and then open the "Prepare Form" tools. If there are not form fields on the PDF, then you will have the option to edit the PDF in Sign Form mode. I think it will ask if the form needs signatures, with a checkbox.

If the PDF already has form fields, then convert it to a sign form using the first option on the "More.." menu in the Prepare Form tools.

Do you mean that you want a way to automatically add the signature and date field to any PDF before sending for signature?

Or do you have a small set of documents that you want to be signature and date field ready?

Yes, I want to have a small set of documents ready to be signature and date field ready? So when I send to be e-signed I don’t have to drag the fields over to all the spots on every document.
