Auto Populate Recipient Emaill Address

Hi, is there a way for adobe to extract the email address for the recipient from a form and prepopulate the e-signature field?

I regularly send documents via E-sign and while I have the document part loaded with sign tags so that it's quick and simple, having to copy and paste the email address each time is tiresome. 

When I select E-signature is there anyway for Adobe to recognise the email address that's already in the document and use that?
