Auto-Zoom when trying to Sign Documents

Question

When I choose the "sign document by typing or drawing a signature" button, some documents will auto-zoom to 194% even though I have set my preferences for my zoom to be at 100%. Is there any way to ensure the zoom stays at 100% at all times, regardless of the document being worked on?

Sorry to hear about your experience.

Do you experience this issue only when trying to sign the document or in general?

Depending on the document's property, the display size could be set from preferences.

If your file is set to a specific dimension, it will open in that same size.

So please check document properties>Initial View>page Layout.

Also, update your Acrobat to the most recent version. Open Acrobat>help>check for updates.
