AutoCAD to PDF only searchable with right click, HELP!

So something changed and I need help determining the issue. I can now only create searchable PDF files from AutoCAD by right clicking in explorer and doing create PDF. this works but I have to make sure the file is setup correctly before hand and is a pain. What driver and setup is the right click using? All other drivers when in AutoCAD do not produce a searchable PDF. I have several drivers but none work like the right click in explorer. I have Adobe PDF, Cute PDF, all of the native AutoCAD drivers and dwgtopdf. 

Is there a way to make one or all of the other drivers inside AutoCAD produce the same output as the right click create PDF? And which driver and settings is the right click using?

I am about to tear my hair out. FYI using AutoCAD 2020 and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
