Automated printing
I am salesperson in construction company. With each succussful contract proposal I am required to turn a hard copy document folder for the installer, shop, fabricator, office and my own file. Each of these folders have different mix of documents. For instance my folder will a copy of the contract, work orders, property appraisers printout, material quotes etc. While the shop folder will have the work orders, material quotes, parts list, fabrication sheets etc. Further some of the sheets are landscape mode, others not. Some files are 8-1/2 x 11, others are 11x17. And some of the folders only need black & white, while others are color. The combinations of printed documents are reproduced for every new job.
On a large job printing all the documents out, organzing them can take a couple of days. So I would like to set up a automated print routine. Where there is a place folder for each future document. Throughout the bidding/estimating process as a document is created i would slot it into its placeholder location. Then when the job is awarded, I would be able to print the all of the documents at one time.
Unfortuantly I don't know which Adobe product will do this, or how to begin setting it up.
And suggestions would be greatly appriceated.
We have Adobe Acrobat Distiller XI, Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, Adobe.
Our main printer is a Richo Aficio MP C3002
