Automated re-arrange of document based off numbers on the page

I am trying to automate the re-arranging of pages based off the numbers on the page, i have combined multiple files, whic all have page numbers on the bottom, I want to now arrange the pages in the correct sequence based off these numbers already on the page. The text has been run through OCR is there a way to automate Zone recognition and re-order the pages based off these numbers?
