Automatic sequential selection after pasting in Reading Order panel and highlighting issues

Hello,

I am reporting two issues I encountered while working on PDF accessibility in Adobe Acrobat.

1. Automatic sequential selection in the Reading Order panel: When I change the order of tags in the Reading Order panel using "Cut and Paste," Acrobat automatically starts selecting every tag from the pasted position down to the very last tag in sequence (as if it's scanning through them). I cannot perform any other actions until this automatic selection process finishes, which significantly slows down my workflow.

2. Content Highlighting failure: Intermittently, when I select a tag in the Reading Order panel, the corresponding content is not highlighted in the document pane. This occurs even when the "Show content highlighting" option is clearly enabled.

Environment:

• OS: Windows 11 Home
• Acrobat Version: Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) 26.001.21431 (Latest update)

Could you please check if these are known bugs or if there is a workaround?
