Automatically change flip side for mixed page sizes in one document

I have a PDF with mixed page sizes, letter and tabloid. How can I automatically print the document two sided and have letter flip on the long edge and tabloid flip on the short edge? I've set up the document to have the correct number of consecutive even pages of each size.

That's not possible with standard Acrobat tools. Either there exits a plug-in for that or you need to do scripting. I split such jobs, but I do not have to do such jobs on a regular basis.
