Autoresize Text

I am trying to have my text autoresize when preparing a form so that if the name takes up too much space it will autoadjust. I've looked under the Properties - Apperance tab, but there is nothing to click to have it auto resize. Any trips or tricks? Google is giving me nothing! Thank you!
