Aveva E3D Draw Export to pdf Text Shift Up

Aveva E3D Draw software shifts some text up a bit when exporting to pdf. We've combed through all we can find on the Aveva side and found no resolution as to why this may be happening.

This began a couple years ago and we are bending over backwards finding ways around it (export to image, convert to pdf..., etc..) but nothing compares to the great quality when it does export correctly to pdf (sometimes it works).

I thought I'd reach out here for any thoughts that may come from the Adobe side of this issue.
