Background appears transparent instead of white?

Hi All,

I've noticed that from time to time, when I open a PDF in Adobe Pro, the background displayed is transparent instead of white (it appears white in the preview). 

Has anyone had this issue come up, and did you figure out what the fix was? I'm hoping it's just a setting I need to change. I did a search of the forums here but couldnt find anything that seemed to fit.

Any guidance appreciated!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

 

If you are still looking for a resolution, you might want to try the below steps:

Go to Menu-> Preferences-> Page Display-> uncheck "Show transparency Grid."
