I've got over two thousand pages and need the gackground image by default cover the entire book format so I don't have to edit and strech each gackground to cover white space. Any Ideas?

Hi @WAR-

We apologize for the delay in response.

Based on your question on the Adobe Acrobat discussions forum, it seems that you are trying to create a PDF with a background color or image that extends to cover the entire page, including any white space around the edges of the content.

One way to achieve this in Adobe Acrobat is to add a watermark to your PDF document. To do this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open your PDF document in Adobe Acrobat.
  2. Go to the "Edit PDF" tool by selecting it from the right-hand pane or by going to Tools > Edit PDF.
  3. Click on the "Watermark" option in the right-hand pane.
  4. Select "New Watermark" and choose whether to add a text or image watermark.
  5. If you add an image, select "File" and choose the image file you want. If you add a text watermark, type the text you want to use.
  6. Adjust the opacity, size, and position of the watermark as desired.
  7. Check the "Appearance Options" box and select "Behind Page" to ensure that the watermark is placed behind the content of the PDF.
  8. Click "OK" to save the watermark.

Once you have added the watermark, it should extend to cover any white space around the content of the PDF, giving you the background effect you are looking for.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
