Question

Background color of Dynamic Stamp

I have made a Dynamic Stamp and the background is black, and I can barely see the lettering.  When I send the PDF document to another user, she sees a light blue background and can read the lettering.  There has to be a simple way for me to change the background so that I can see the same thing, but I have yet to find it.

Attached is a PDF of the screen shot showing the black background. Thanks to anyone who can assist.

The background of a PDF stamp that you made is what you made it. For us to help you, you'll need to post the actual stamp file, so we can examine it.

Try right-clicking the stamp, selecting properties, and reducing the opacity.

Hi @mikeb86658225,

Hope you are doing well.Sorry for the trouble with working on Stamps with Acrobat.

A stamp's appearance can be changed from within Acrobat by going to the properties section for the stamp.

Steps can be found here: https://adobe.ly/3ZuRRs9.

Also, about the color difference, I would suggest checking if you and the recipient are not using different color scales on your monitors, resulting in the difference in colors.

Apart from that, I do not see a possibility of different colors being shown. As a PDF, what you view should be the same as what others view unless they made changes to the color schemes on their end.

If that is not the case, please feel free to use the stamp and share a sample file with us to test the issue in-house and get back to you.

Regards,
Souvik.
