Background Files Not Saving

A coworker and I have been trying to save an image (letterhead) as a background in Acrobat, but the file never gets saved. The name shows up on the list of saved settings, but when you select it, the "color" button is indicated (not the "file" button) and the corresponding xml file is blank.

I've been able to save files as backgrounds before and they are all still working.

Please help! Thanks!

Thanks!

I fiddled around some more and finally got the letterhead to save when I moved the letterhead image to a different location (a folder called Pictures). No idea why that would make a difference--both folders are on the same server and I have access to both. Weird!

Did you try to reinstall Acrobat? You could also try to change the format of the image, it might help.
