Bad Parameter - Attempting to save pdf after Redactions

Our documents are quite large, about 3000 to 4000 pages, they are created by another company and are not necessarily edited consecutively after creation. The files are made up of a mixture of text and scanned images.

I have a user trying to edit their files, they are redacting large amounts of information in the documents before attempting to save the file. Upon saving the file, an error message pops up:

"The document could not be saved. Bad parameter."

Therefore the document cannot be saved.

I have done the following:

• Deleted Tags, still bad parameter.
• Disabled Enhanced Security, still received bad parameter.
• Tried combining the original pdf file with a fresh new blank page, removed the page and attempted to save it, still received bad parameter.

Any help would be appreciated.
