Hello!

I am trying to convert a PDF bank statement to Excel to load to quickbooks! Any ideas?

Thanks!

This usually doesn't work very well, and many times it's not possible at all, if the document is secured.

A much better option is to get the data from the bank directly as an Excel or CSV data file. All serious banks should have this option available to their clients.

Another way is to select the Arrow tool, select a table, and right-clic to "Copy with formatting".

Then paste in an Excel sheet.

There's no good direct conversion. If this is a one time thing you're better off selecting and copying text manaually. You could convert to text for this as well.

If you need to automate this, then you'll need to write a script to do it.
