Barcode does not show in Government IRCC Form

I am filling out the form from IRCC, the IMM5257 Schedule 1. After completing the information, the next step is validating it, and barcodes will appear. However, barcodes do not appear. I have reviewed the form several times and followed all the instructions on the website, but nothing works. I have the latest Acrobat version and Adobe is my default software to open pdf files.

There isn't we can do to help. It seems to be a file-specific issue, and the file's author would be able to share details about this.
You can try a few things:

  • Check if any required files are empty. 
  • Save the file locally on the machine.
  • Close Acrobat and try opening the file again. 
  • Alternatively, try opening the file in Google Chrome once.
