Could you please provide the version of the OS and Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version, go to Help > About Acrobat and ensure you have the latest version, 24.02.2089x, installed. You can update it by going to Help > Check for Updates and then rebooting your computer.

Additionally, could you describe the workflow/steps you are following when you encounter this issue? A small video recording of the process would be very helpful for clarity.

You might also try repairing the installation from the Help menu (Windows only) and resetting the Acrobat preferences as described here to see if that resolves the problem.
