Basic Display Setup Change (scrolling, bookmarks, etc.)

Adobe is at it again. My entire display just changed today in the middle of the day. I HATE this and it makes not sense why developers change things without warning for a product that is working. Basic navigation is necessary to use the product. I can't see the page numbers, use my mouse to scroll, or see the bookmark tab. WHAT HAPPENED??
