Batch Convert Spot Colors to Process

Hello, 

I have used Print Production > Convert Colors to convert Spot Colors in PDF files to CMYK/Process. I've been trying to figure out a way to process a folder worth of files with an action or another automated process.

Hello @prepress299687498,

 

Start off by creating a custom prefilght profile with a "Custom fixups" to convert spot colors...

Then create an Action to run the Preflight profile and do a Save, when you click on the preflight tool to specify setting " to select your preflight profile", uncheck the prompt user box underneath. Point the action to a folder containing the pdfs to be converted.
