Batch & remove hidden information

For several years I was able to batch, "flatten" and save files. This was done on a Mac.

We have just recently had to begin working at home. Since I use a Windows 7 OS we had to purchase another license. I have been attempting to do the same thing. Batch (figured tht ) out; remove hidden information (found that) and even save I found. It actually looks as though it is set up correctly. What I am trying to work on are certificates of attendance. I am using the exact same ones taht I used in the past. It doesn't seem to matter how many I have in the batch but it does the firt one or two then...it either crashes, just stops working or tells me there is a problem with the file. I really need this to work as this is a regular part of my job.  How can Igetthis work properly?  Thank you so much.
