Bates Labels and Photos

I work in a law office and our firm relies on Adobe for marking production documents.

I am having an issue with Bates labeling photos.  We have a large production coming up where the color photos are different sizes. Some of the marked photos are coming through fine, others you can barely see the Bates labeling at the bottom.  Is there something in preferences that I need to change?  Thanks in advance for your help!

Sorry for the delayed response.

Try changing Margin setting for the pdf under Header and footer window and check if that helps. Below is the screenshot:
