I am having the same issue and this article doesn't help. I know how to create the Bates log - the program simply isn't creating the text file it normally did. Is there a fix for this? When you are dealing with a high volume of documents, the log is a key piece.

Hello,

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and is stopped creating a log file when I bates-number my documents. I deal with voluminous document productions so this is something I heavily rely on on.
