Bates stamp numbers do not print on my pdf documents?

I don't understand.   I just gave you a sample of what I am dealing with.


James - If you would try one thing for me...

In your print dialog box (you are using either Acrobat or Reader, yes?), make sure you've selected the Size button, and choose the Fit option below it (see the screenshot below).  My thinking is that your Bates numbers are outside of the printing area if Actual size is chosen.  Let us know if this setting allows your Bates numbers to print.

James,

I just added Bates numbers to a test document, and they both show on screen, and print for me.  Can you let us know exactly what program & version you are using?  My initial thought is that your Bates numbers are located outside of the printed area of your pages.  Or perhaps the font color used does not contrast with the page well enough.  Those are my 2 initial thoughts.

I have Adobe acrobat Reader DC, version 17.012.20095.   I received these docs several months ago on a disc and I was then successful in printing out some of the docs I wanted and they printed with the bates numbers.   Now, I cannot print any with the bates numbers.   I cannot understand.
