Beachball O' Death at Acrobat launch

Hi all!  A lady in my organization is having trouble with DC.  While logged into Creative Cloud, when she launches the program on her iMac running Yosemite, it immediately beachballs.  When it's started without her credentials, it acts normal up to the point it requires sign in.  During one rinse/repeat session, I was able to quickly set the Recent list to 0, thinking perhaps the path to a now deleted or missing .pdf might be causing the problem; no dice.  The program has been uninstalled/reinstalled with the same unfortunate result.  Any clues, insights, shared experiences would be of great help.  Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the advice.  After moving the .plist file and the Acrobat folder, the problem continued.  I didn't see any files/folders related to Distiller or the WebCapture cookies, but I'm honestly not sure exactly what to look for.  I also uninstalled/reinstalled again with the aforementioned items moved, and still hit beach ball.
