Best way to download Neo Mail emails

Hi,I’m trying to download my Neo Mail emails to my computer, but I can't find an easy way to download everything at once. I don’t want to lose old messages or attachments later.How are others doing this? Are you saving emails on your PC or moving them to another email service? Any simple method that works?Thanks.
