Best way to download Neo Mail emails

Hi,
I’m trying to download my Neo Mail emails to my computer, but I can't find an easy way to download everything at once. I don’t want to lose old messages or attachments later.

How are others doing this? Are you saving emails on your PC or moving them to another email service? Any simple method that works?
Thanks.

Neo Mail doesn’t really make it easy to download everything in one go, so you’re not missing anything. If your inbox is small, saving emails one by one from the web works, but once you have a lot of messages or attachments, that method becomes frustrating.

Most users end up using IMAP with a desktop email app or a proper backup approach so they don’t miss folders or older emails. I was facing the same confusion and found this guide helpful because it explains the options clearly and step by step, without being overly technical:

It breaks down what works, what doesn’t, and helps you decide whether it’s better to save emails on your PC or move them somewhere else safely.

Neo Mail doesn’t have a one-click option to download everything. If you only need a few emails, you can save them one by one from the web interface.

For larger mailboxes, most people connect Neo Mail to a desktop email app like Outlook or Thunderbird using IMAP (after enabling “Neo on other apps” in settings). Let it sync completely, then export the emails to your computer or move them to another email service.
